Categorías ocupacionales y actores económicos. Los sectores mercantiles en Tucumán (1800-1870)
Abstract
The paper’s objective is to analyse, identify and categorize agents in occupational categories of “comerciante”, “pulpero” and “tropero” during the seven first decades of the XIX century. Starting from the study of the inner composition of each one, we intend to determine the common characteristics or attributes that constitute their specificity an identify the differences between the spheres or ranks of the mercantile activity in Tucumán in the period under study.Downloads
